At Industria Social, I developed components for adding promotional codes on RCA. I created forms for returns, frequently asked questions and other requests, connected to the Shopify API, as well as the email templates used to respond to each request.

Requirement

The project required promotional code components and support forms connected to Shopify, together with email response templates.

Implementation

I developed the promotional components and support forms, connected the forms to the Shopify API and created the email response templates.

The implementation combines promotional components, request capture through forms, a Shopify API connection and email response templates.

  1. Promo code components

    I developed components for adding promotional codes. This work covers store functionality alongside the support forms and their integrations.

  2. Request capture

    The forms collect the information needed for each return request, frequently asked question or other inquiry. Each form organizes that capture according to the type of support the user needs.

  3. Shopify API connection

    I connected the forms to the Shopify API to integrate requests with the platform. Information is captured in the form; the Shopify connection is the project’s integration layer.

  4. Response templates

    I created email templates for support responses. The templates handle the presentation of the message sent to the user and form an additional implementation alongside the forms and Shopify connection.
