At Applabmx I developed the homepage and product page for the Cream Right website. I implemented these parts of the Shopify theme with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, in a team working with Tailwind, Shopify CLI, Git and GitHub.

Requirement

My assigned scope covered the store homepage and product page, integrating both views with the theme and Shopify content.

Implementation

I developed theme templates and sections using Liquid for Shopify integration, HTML for markup, CSS and Tailwind for presentation, and JavaScript for interface interactions.

The work connected two theme views: the homepage, which introduces the store, and the page displaying a product’s information. Each uses its own content context within Shopify.

  1. Homepage sections

    Liquid generates the HTML of homepage sections from theme content. I developed the structure and presentation of these blocks with HTML, CSS and Tailwind, working within the Shopify theme.

  2. Product template

    The product page uses Shopify’s product context to display its information. I implemented this view with Liquid and HTML, with CSS and JavaScript handling its presentation and interface interactions.

  3. Development within a shared theme

    The homepage and product page share the theme environment while displaying different content. I used Shopify CLI for theme development and Git and GitHub to integrate changes with the team’s work.
