At Applabmx I developed promotional landing pages for Palmer’s México. I also built the homepage popup and collection page, working on the Shopify theme with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Requirement

The store needed promotional pages, a homepage popup and a collection page. My contribution focused on implementing these parts of the Shopify theme.

Implementation

I built the landing pages, popup and collection page within the theme, using Liquid for Shopify content and HTML, CSS, Tailwind and JavaScript for their interfaces.

Promotional pages, the popup and collections serve different purposes within the store. Development took place in the Shopify theme, using templates and components for each view.

  1. Promotional landing pages

    I implemented promotional pages with Liquid and HTML to structure their content, and CSS and Tailwind for presentation. These pages belong to the website and have a separate implementation from the collection view.

  2. Homepage popup

    I developed the popup component and its presentation within the homepage. HTML and CSS define its structure and styling; JavaScript implements the component’s interface behavior.

  3. Collection page

    The collection view uses Shopify catalog content. I implemented its presentation within the theme using Liquid, with the markup and styling needed to display the products in each collection.
