At HSBC I contributed to development, QC and deployment during the launch of Innovation Banking websites for Singapore, India and Indonesia. I used Sitecore and HTML for page development and Monday.com to administer project activities. My contribution was part of the launch team’s work.
Requirement
The project required preparing regional HSBC Innovation Banking websites for launch and coordinating development, quality control and deployment. My contribution covered these three stages, with project work administered in Monday.com.
Implementation
I worked on pages with Sitecore and HTML, contributed to quality control, and participated in deployment for launch. Activities were administered in Monday.com to track the project’s work.
How it works
The work combined page implementation in an enterprise CMS, quality review, deployment and project administration. I contributed to these activities within the regional launch team.
Project administration in Monday.com
I used Monday.com to administer project activities. This tool supported the development, QC and deployment workflow, while Sitecore and HTML were used for page implementation.
Page development with Sitecore and HTML
Sitecore was the environment for working on the websites, and HTML was used for page markup. My development contribution took place within that CMS and the team’s workflow.
Quality control before launch
I contributed to website QC as part of launch preparation. Quality review was integrated with development work and the tracking of project activities administered in Monday.com.
Deployment contribution
I also participated in deployment for the regional website launches. This stage completed my contribution to the development, quality control and website launch process, coordinated with the rest of the team.
