I developed a web transparency portal for the Comisión de Operación y Fomento de Actividades Académicas del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (COFAA-IPN). It made public official correspondence easier to consult and notified users by email when the relevant documents were updated. Messages shared consultation links, following a newsletter-style workflow.

Problem

Users needed a straightforward way to consult public official documents and learn about portal updates. The project needed to connect document publication with notifications containing consultation links.

Solution

I developed the portal using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap. I implemented document consultation and email notifications when the portal was updated with the relevant official correspondence.
