Sites tailored to the content
At Brainfood Marketing I developed WordPress sites with PHP, Elementor and WooCommerce for the agency’s clients. I customized templates and styles with CSS and JavaScript to adapt the pages to each project.
Custom WooCommerce rules
For GroovePro, through Industria Social, I developed two PHP WooCommerce plugins: one to adjust shipping by products, bundles and dimensions; another to create custom bundles and adjust prices based on cart quantities.
Maintenance on live sites
I administered WordPress sites already in production, updating PHP and plugins, backing up MySQL databases and resolving incidents. My work at Brainfood included both developing new sites and keeping existing ones running.
Performance, measurement and technical SEO
I improved load times and Core Web Vitals through caching, image compression, lazy loading and fewer plugins. I also implemented GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Search Console, along with Open Graph and Twitter Cards, sitemaps and Schema.org JSON-LD.

How I approach a WordPress project
- I start with what the site needs to do, then adapt its templates, styles or PHP functionality to those requirements.
- I treat updates, backups and incident resolution as part of maintaining the site, alongside changes to its content and functionality.
- I work on the sources of slow loading, including images, caching and unnecessary plugins, and configure the tools needed to measure the site.

Do I only work with Elementor?
No. I use Elementor for layouts, but I also customize templates with CSS and JavaScript and write PHP when a project needs functionality beyond the page builder.
